Here’s what some of our clients have to say:

St Stephen’s Community House

Bill Sinclair, Executive Director

Recently, Radha has been engaged with St. Stephen’s Community House to document our extensive peer program, working with staff, volunteers and peer leaders in reviewing and improving our systems and providing recommendations for a long-term human resources action plan. I have also happily worked with Radha on multi–stakeholder collaborative projects, including a citywide Local Immigration Partnership project and a Toronto Homeless Drop-in Network project.

Radha worked hard to deliver on time and on budget. She was able to effectively engage stakeholders across our organization, and to bring a strategic lens to the discussions we need to have and also to the deliverables. Radha has great skills to genuinely engage with our staff, volunteers and program participants and is comfortable working with people of diverse backgrounds.  Her projects with us have successfully engaged newcomers to Canada, youth, people with lived experience of homelessness, local businesses and community residents.

Radha always provides the highest quality work to her clients. She is a joy to work with in every way.  I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my colleagues and I have.  We look forward to continuing our working relationship with her.”

Macaulay Child Development Centre:

Sharon Filger, Executive Director

"Nayar Consulting has been our go-to consulting firm for several projects ranging from a full strategic planning process to management training, to developing theories of change/logic models and an agency equity and inclusion framework.

Radha Nayar truly has a unique combination of skills that makes her stand out among her peers. Her knowledge of organizations and the non-profit sector, combined with outstanding facilitation and consultation skills, means she has been an invaluable asset to our agency and our management team.

Radha has worked on several different projects for our agency and each time the process was outstanding and respectful and the outcomes were excellent and insightful.

“Radha has conducted two management reviews for us and helped us develop our application for United Way anchor funding. Radha is very approachable, engaging, works well with everyone and provides a service that is great value for money. Her quality of work was fabulous- on time, on point, on budget”

Nellie’s Women’s Hostels Inc.

Margarita Mendez, Executive Director

Radha worked on our Board orientation and capacity building; a transitional plan and organizational assessment of strengths and challenges in order to prepare our next strategic plan; programs and services evaluation; building measurement processes/tools to assess capacity to take on new projects; and also delivered management team orientation and support to implement the above mentioned transitional plan.

Once Radha accepts a project, she sends advanced guidelines relevant to the project and prepares considerably for interviews, meetings or focus groups with appropriated stakeholders.  She always allows for flexible participation and maintains open communication with all participants during the project’s length.

Among Radha's outstanding skills, is the ability to present even the most complicated concepts in comprehensible and clear language.  Her ability to understand and incorporate the organization’s principles and values through all the project processes and outcomes is excellent. While she always meets deadlines she also remains flexible in negotiating waiting times for relevant information from stakeholders that will impact the project outcomes.

Her work is outstanding. Always high quality, provides new light and clarity to issues that seem complex or vague at the initial stage. She facilitates a process that illuminates what looked imprecise or confusing before the project was completed. It is a privilege to work with such an intelligent, sensitive, ethical woman
