At Nayar Consulting, we dream of building a better world

With this, a vision for Nayar Consulting was born. And today, Radha’s consulting expertise spans the gamut of both systems and service planning across sectors. She works with clients on system coordination plans, organizational development, strategic planning, equity planning, governance and board development, program reviews and partnership development. Radha holds a Master of Social Work degree.  She  complements her strategic professional lens with her lived experience as a racialized woman. It is for her unique perspectives and deep skills that Nayar Consulting stands out as an excellent provider of results-driven service as well as a cultivator of rich and supportive client relationships.

 

Radha is wholly dedicated to community building and has been a contributing Board member for several organizations such as Media Action, Sherbourne Health Centre and Planned Parenthood Toronto. She believes in building client capacity through her work to help ensure that the work she does with clients has longevity, and helps contribute to a larger plan to demonstrate impact and to be sustainable. Her client-centered approach is applied within strong anti-oppression, anti-racist and feminist frameworks.

 

Radha’s history as a non-profit leader was in women’s reproductive health services and social justice. Radha currently sits on the Board of Shameless Magazine, an independent Canadian voice for smart, strong, sassy young women and trans youth. Nayar Consulting is also a member in good standing with the Canadian Evaluation Society and a member of the Progressive Consultants Network in Toronto.

When you meet Radha you just know how passionate and committed she is to her work. You know she has a vision to support the non-profit sector to thrive. You know she has the energy to meet your needs.  And that energy is infectious.

 

Like many of her clients, Radha has dedicated a considerable amount of time in her life to the non-profit world.  And, after over 15 years in middle and senior leadership roles, Radha Nayar, Founder and Principal of Nayar Consulting, knew it was time to make a difference in the world in a new way. She had experienced first-hand the successes that happen when organizations are clear about strategy and when their capacity is built to deliver on that strategy. She understood the tremendous pressures facing organizations as they take on compelling problems in their communities. She had also developed a passion for changing systems to be more equitable, accessible and just.
